Default Can I save preferences so all my sessions open as preferred?

Hello,

Every time I open a session I have to turn off the check marks in the region list for SHOW: color, filetype, processing stat, timebase; all these things take up valuable screen space. I also find myself having to change the preference for "Default Region Color Coding" to "Track Color" once every session. Is there any way to have these preferences stored and recalled so I don't have to change them every time? Thanks!

I'm not certain about all the settings you mention, but generally the way to get your sessions to start the way you want them to is by saving user templates.

The you use one of those to open a new session..
