Hd Omni monitor section bypass
Hello :)
Does any of you know if ist possible to bypass the monitor section of HD omni interface. The thing is that I've got a new 5.1 monitor controller that I've like to use instead... But is it possible, can't seem to find any answers in the manual... Thanks Mark :) |

Re: Hd Omni monitor section bypass
Very simple. You just set your monitor path to "none", and by doing that, all of your analog outs just become normal line outs.
Although if you're just using 5.1, you could still have a stereo monitor path and have enough line outs for the 5.1. |

Re: Hd Omni monitor section bypass
How about the AES/EBU or Optical out paths; does the same apply (so that you don't have random degradations to your signal)?

Re: Hd Omni monitor section bypass
Yes. Any output that's not selected as a monitor path is just straight line out, whether analog or digital.
