Default Uh Oh, spikes

Hi, I am getting a random spike thru tha audio channel, just happens without any reproducable reason.
I have a analog compressor and m300 tc reverb thru spdif, sync mode is set to optical, all chords are ballanced and shielded.

Any suggestions before I lose it?

AJ
