Is there a grace period for "Software Updates + Support Plan" ?

Is there a grace period for "Software Updates + Support Plan" ?

I need to renew my "Software Updates + Support Plan" for PT Ultimate next week.

Is there any grace period if I let it lapse or even 1 second after midnight the option to extend the plan is forever gone?
