New user unable to process a firmware update in XP
I have tried trouble shooting this problem based on all the answerbase info but I am still unable to process a firmware update to my 002 rack. Please help if you know what to do. I can't move on past this point with any project.

Re: New user unable to process a firmware update i
First, try the 'General Troubleshooting' steps in the sticky at the top of this forum.
If that doesn't work, please post your complete system specs. If you are using the built in firewire port on the computer, it may not be compatible with the 002 and you may need to get a 3rd party firewire card. You can find a list of compatible firewire cards on in the compatibility section of our website. Digidesign approved 1394/Firewire cards |
