Default I bought a support code but nothing has been sent to me

Hello,

I bought a support code and they have emailed me the receipt for payment but they haven't sent the code. Any clues anyone?

If you don't see it in my.avid.com > View My Products then please check Products Not Yet Downloaded.

Thanks - I have it now
But when I type it in at "avid.force.com/ASC" nothing happens.
If I type in gibberish it says "Invalid ASC Code, please check and try again."
But if I type in the code nothing happens

(As a side point, quite why a user should think a purchased code would reside in "my products not yet downloaded" is beyond me)
