We are no longer receiving emails from Digidesign so I am starting this thread, which I can mark as a favourite, to see if we can track what is going wrong.

OK that worked, but not getting automatic mails from support or from Digidelivery relay.

I've always had an issue with not receiving any emails about posts or discussions I'm subscribed to on the DUC. Are you guys getting emails regarding replies?

Actually, I don't believe I ever have.

I think you must mark it as a favorite to receive email notices. . . and there many be a setting your your profile as well (not sure).

BTW, it is impossible to ignore a post that says "Please Ignore". We are just too curious.
