systems optimizations (100% cpu in the task manger)
Just got my 002 installed but was wandering why do the cpu usage jumps to 100% and it seems to slow down my system...any suggestions
digi 002 ver 5.3.2 dbx386 pre amp PC P4 2.4(500mhz) 512 ram samsung asus p4t533c WD 80 gig 8mg buff (audio) WD 100 gig 8mg buff (system) XP pro |

That's normal for 5.3.2 on an 002, AND - it's not that way in 6.1, which you'll get free if you bought the 002 new.

A Digi002 as a gift? Wow...i wish i had clients like that. Anyway....have fun with it and dont be worried by the 100% cpu. It is indeed normal
