Protools renewal

I keep trying to open protools but it says the license is expired when I go to the ilok license manager it says everything is active and paid up to date. When I hit refresh it says I need to update my ilok to second gen or newer I have the 3rd gen. I’m so confused as to how to get my protools working.

Hi, upon checking, the license is already activated on your iLok USB key. Can you try signing in on your iLok License Manager, then click on Licenses tab, then click refresh subscriptions. Let us know how it goes.
