Unable to turn off auto-renewal
Hi,
I'm trying to cancel my monthly subscription plan by turning off the auto-renewal button and it seems impossible. I keep clicking the button, then pops up the reasons menu, click on cancel plan renewal and it makes nothing. It shows the same reasons screen, as if I didn't clicked before. Please, someone help me canceling my plan :) Thanks.
