Hi, I recently upgraded with a GET CURRENT upgrade and need to continue using my PT11 license on my old Mac Pro while I test the latest version of PT on my new Mac Studio. As I rely on my system for work, I can't give up my PT11 license until I know the new version and system work.
While trying to activate my new license, I am being asked to surrender my PT11 license. If I do this, will I be unable to use PT11 on my old Mac Pro or can I use both during the testing phase. Thank you for any assistance. |

Yes, the upgrade process will require you to surrender your Pro Tools 11, but don't worry since the license that you will receive is a bundle of the latest version together with Pro Tools 10 and 11. That means that you can still use your Pro Tools 11 using the license that will receive.
