unable to turn off auto-renewal
I have a monthly Pro Tools Artist subscription. However, I don't see the switch for turning off the auto-renewal. Plus I can't even see my current subscription listing at "View My Products" , I wish to stop the subscription. Please Screenshot 2022-11-22 at 11.41.38 PM.jpg

Hi! I checked your account using the email that you're using here in DUC and your Pro Tools Artist is listed under the View My Products page. Please try to login using your yahoo account to turn off the auto renewal. Cheers!
