Re: EuControl Appsets v1.2 (ZIP) (423 KB) which is also in my downloads under the 20.5.0 download. Do I need to also install this appsets?

I just updated my Artist Series hardware. It topped out at 20.1.0.5 and the Transport wouldn't update at all. The Galaxy S8 updated to 20.5. I left the iPad at 20.1.08, since the Phone was now registering as Mis-Matched in Eucon Settings.

Why won't the Artist Series update to 20.5?

Firmware version has nothing to do with the main software. EuControl and the App need to be the same first two numbers. The last can be different. Basically the latest of everything

Well, my 1st 2 numbers match. So, why arm I getting a mismatch error message from Eucon regarding my 20.5 app on my phone?

Are you saying the iPad at 20.1 connects OK? If so EuControl needs updating to 20.5

That's the point. When I tried to update the firmware, it wouldn't go up to 20.5 and the transport wouldn't update at all.

Firmware and EuControl are two different things. Update EuControl to 20.5
