cant transfer MPK 2 license to my Ilok account

I recently puchased the upgrade for the music production toolkit however;

I am stuck on the activation page of digidesigns website.

this is the fault i am recieving (The argument ACCOUNTID passed to function submitDeposit() is not of type numeric).

my userid for ilok is correct can anyone help?
