Avid and ILok not activating Pro Tools Studio

I have been trying to use the studio version of Pro Tools for nearly a few days now but I have had no success in getting it to work. I have done everything I can think of under the sun for pro tools to work, but ILok isn't saying that I have a Pro Tools lisense even though I purchased it and its on my avid master account. And I have only been able to use the Intro version of the program. I don't know any other solutions, what can be done?

Having something in your "master account" doesn't mean its on the iLok(and it won't work until it IS on your iLok). Start by logging into your iLok account and see if you have an available license there. If you do, drag and drop it onto your iLok. If not, then you need some support from where ever you purchased
