I checked the account using your DUC email and I see Melodyne listed (third from the bottom) in your my.avid.com/products. Perhaps you found the "Claim..." link after posting this?

I'm having the same problem. Purchased protools today. clicked free gift and nothing showed up. the free gift message is no longer there.

Purchased PT today and tried finding the serial number to activate Melodyne 5. Logged into my Avid account, view products, clicked receive free gift...Then nothing happened. Well other than the green gift message went away, and I have no Melodyne showing up in my products list. Please Help

I see Melodyne essential in your my.avid.com/products so looks like this was solved.

I am having the same issue. Avid Link and the Avid account page do not show Melodyne as a product, and do not have any link to redeem gifts or products or anything else. The "Redeem" button just asks for a code, which is what I am looking for.

Happily, there is a solution. I'm always a bit disappointed in posts that end witout a useful solution because people have moved on. So here is mine:

Install the Melodyne 30 day demo, then run it standalone from the installation location, such as:
C://Program Files / Celemony / Melodyne 5

This seems to activate the plug-in as well. I did notice some internet and audio driver instability after doing this, however. The Melodyne trial license requires an active internet connection to run, and their services seem to use too many redirects. I'm not sure if the audio driver instability is related or not. May be a USB connection that has become loose on my audio controller.
