Re: PT 9.0.5 and 10.6.8 Fall Out
Random asssertion messages can usually be solved by trashing prefs and databases. Look in the General Troubleshooting thread for specifics on how to do that.

Re: PT 9.0.5 and 10.6.8 Fall Out
Hi! Thanks for your input. already tried to do the Preferences Database thrashing but still shooting blanks.
Anyway anybody knows what Pro Tools 9.0.5. Updater are for? Because I couldn't launch it after download. A message below will keep poppin up and it would be great to know the reason behind this; "This Updater cannot locate a valid Pro Tools installation on your system. Press "Close" to continue. Upgrade PT M-Powered 8 to a PT 9 Cross-grade via online some time back. And had not been updating my PT 9 until recently but it works fine until recently which I believe is due to Mac OS X 10.6.8 auto installation. |

Re: PT 9.0.5 and 10.6.8 Fall Out
Did a clean uninstallation on 9.0.5. And then reinstall PT 9.0.2.
Works perfectly! |
