launching dae

hi,
I installed correctly my protools m-powered 7.1.1
my personal team is formed by:
pc portatil intel core duo 7400 2 gigas ram
m-audio firewire 1814

when i need open my protools an error is produced: "launching dae" and the aplication not open

that do I for soluction this problem?
