Eucontrol 19.9 & Pro Tools Control 19.7?

I just purchased a new Avid Dock today and downloaded EuControl from my Avid account: v19.9.0.108

I'm trying to get Pro Tools Control to work but EuControl tells me the EuControl version is incompatible with my PT Control (v19.7.0.95)

When I'm in the iOs (I'm on latest v12 iOs) App store I can't find anything about a Pro Tools Control 19.9 - is this available yet? My iPad believes my iPad Control is up to date as does the product page version history.

Am I out of luck until this is available? Thinking I could possibly revert to EuControl 19.7 but I can't find a way to download this. Only 19.9 is available in my account.

Eddie should post, but I suspect that Avid doesn't have a lot of control over when the iOS update goes out from Apple. You fell into the crack between versions. If you have to work tonight, uninstall 19.9 on your computer, and download 19.7 from your Avid account. My guess is we'll see the update from Apple by tomorrow.

Sorry, if you don't see the older version in your Avid account, I think support can make it available to you.

Oh wow, strange odds that I picked today to set it up! But glad I'm not crazy. Thanks so much, Nathaniel, I will wait on the 19.9 Control update.

Ha..you did fall right in the crack ! Apple took a lot longer this time to release it worldwide but as you say its out now.
