Dual monitors for Lab top
Can someone direct me to info for lab top dual monitors. what is it that I will need for that configuaration. I think I have seen up to four monitors set up in some magazine. Of course being portable I am just interested in the edit and mix window. two monitors.

Re: Dual monitors for Lab top
You don't even need two monitors to view both the mix and the edit window. In the mix window you can show your I/O, plugins, meter level, sends, etc. right next to your waveforms. The drop down button is under the slip, grid icons.
That, or you could select show the mix and the edit window and just quick command to toggle back and forth. I don't remember the command, but it should be in the reference guide under HELP. If you really want a second monitor, you should only need to purchase a DVI-VGA adaptor. Stormy |
