For the future, if anybody has the same problem, this seems to be the right cable:

Internal SCSI I/II cable. 50-way strand IDC ribbon cable with 2x 50-pin female connectors.

3 inches in length.

Antrader 2 Pieces 2.54mm Pitch 50 Pin 50 Way F/F Connector IDC Flat Rainbow Ribbon Cable 1ft 30cm

It's a bit bulky because the ribbon is too long but it does fit. I tried it with a new card and it works perfectly.
