Pro tools 7.4 error: LOOKING FOR HELP

Pro tools error im getting in 7.4 crashes G5 few time day when recoding. I've done everything on Troubleshooting list. I just put in new hard drives reinstaled osx and protools and plugin. my G5 1.8
didn't have this error


"assertion in /"volumes/devolpment/vb_joplin/alturaports/newfilelibs/corefondation/macbuild/../../sys/macos/sys_fileutilsmacos.cpp", line 481 while deleting "palm GTR_02.wav"

7.4 on a MacPro? Maybe its 7.4.2? Any cs updates? And you have trashed digi databases AND the pref's? Which OS? Which Mac? Which PT ???

What do you mean you just put in new hard drives?
New OS install?, new PT install?
Can you 'go back' to your previous hard drive?
