Where you able to start a Support case with the link provided?

Today is a holiday in the US and a "long weekend" for folks at Avid, so hang tight.

I've already kicked this up the chain once a few days ago, but I'll do it again in case it was missed.

Yesterday I sent up the case ... But then nothing happens because of the holiday.

I'm having the same problem trying to install the expansion pack on my Mac.

At the end of the install the install dialog box reverts to "Installation Failed".

Has anyone figured out a solution yet?
