Is there a way to capture/export track volume??
Please forgive me if this sounds a little crazy or if the answer should be obvious, but I've just had an engineer tell me that the individual track volume levels for a song's rough mix, can be capture and exported through the "Commit" function or some other way. Is this true?
My gut feeling is although plugin sounds, FX and pitch correction can be captured onto a newly created audio track containing the desired output, track ("volume levels" cannot be captured by any means other than exporting an entire ProTools session. Please help me with this if someone out there knows the definitive answer. Thanks Vaschon |

Sure. Commit can optionally include volume.

Yep. As above, commit will render volume changes. You can also buss to another track and record in real-time. Lastly, you can solo what’s required and bounce to disc.
