How long more or less till 10.7 lion is compatible with pt 9

This sucks big time, 2 weeks ago i just bought my first mac desktop and like always pt is falling behind....same thing happen when i first bought windows 7, so i just want to know how long it will be untill it will be compatible and if theres a way that they can email us once its ready...i just bought the mac pro 8, rme raydat, and pt 9 so...i dont want my stuff just sitting there after all the money i just put in to it. And no i dont want to down grade to snow leopard.

If they could email some how that would be awesome

Sounds like it probably would not hurt for you to check this site more frequently. Had you done that you probably would not have made such an uninformed purchase.
"like always" implies that you have used PT for a while. Which makes it even harder to understand why you made the blind leap.
Software companies are always playing catchup. ff

It's really sad that the people who sold you the gear are not being helpful to you. Authorized Dealers should be advising their customers of these kinds of configuration issues...
