PT LE MBOX 2 to MBOX 3 upgrade
Does anyone know if Digidesign or other stores out there let you trade in/trade up from MBOX 2 hardware to MBOX 3 hardware as an upgrade?
Or do you just sell your used one and have to start new all over again?

There is currently no official upgrade from the old product to the new product.

Not MBox->MBox - there have been some upgrades from M-Box to other LE systems like 003's... for instance:

even if they were to offer a trade up for Mboxes, you would get more money if you just sold it on eBay or craigslist or to a friend.
Also you could go to www.Music123.com or www.musiciansfriend.com they have a program called Trade IN Cash OUT. You can sell your used gear to them for cash.... or get a few more $$$ in trade in value for their website.
