Hi, i want just know if is already on the way the update to v5.2 for LE users like is appen for TDM ones.

I hope this will include fixes for the Intel ATA-100 drivers problem and also a support for the New Coming winXP that definitivly will substitute with the Home Edition, the WinME.

-Pro Tools 5.2 was a special release for DigiStudio. Unfortunately I do not know when the next version of Pro Tools is slated to be released for LE customers.

-Although we plan to support WinXP, I am not sure whether this will be available in the next PT LE release.

Any word on when the release with the Win XP support might be released? I want to buy a new PC in the next few months, and I would like to build one to be compatible with the Digi 001. However, in a few months, all the new PCs will have Xp on them. Will it be like next year?

I hope Windows XP is optimized for Pentium 4, and I want the next release of Pro Tools LE to support it. Thank You.$$$

Windows XP is optimized for the P4, and performs considerably better on XP than on Windows ME.

Brent, it would be nice to know if you guys are developing Direct Connect on PC for the current Win 98/ME standard, or are you guys writing directly for XP.

Hi,

I am also very eager to know about Direct Connect on PC. Is it in the works or you did not start developing that feature for PC yet. I want to buy a soft sampler. My Yamaha A4000's Load time is unbearably long. I hope it is coming soon.
