Eleven Rack Editor Installation Error

I just got my eleven rack and I'm trying to install the eleven rack editor, but I'm running into a problem. Whenever I try to launch the editor installer, it always fails on installing the c++ 2010 redistributable. I have installed the iLok software and downloaded the latest version of the drivers from the Avid website. I'm also using Windows 7 SP1 and using a usb 2.0 port for the eleven rack. The expansion pack is installed on my unit. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do next?
