Expiration Info On iLok Wrong

The expiration info on my iloc account is wrong, preventing me from using Pro Tools. I'm paying the subscription service. When I go into my avid account it says I'm good for another month but when I open Pro Tools, iLoc saying my license has expired.

Is there a way to tell iLoc my account is up to today? I've tried refreshing on the iLoc site, I've tried re-installing iLoc on my computer. I am connected to the internet.

Any help would be great. Thank you.

iLok account looks normal... you have a monthly subscription (exp 4/27) and an annual subscription (activated 5/2). Are you still having trouble or perhaps did you swap licenses after posting this thread?
