I tried to look for this to help you, and I gave up. This is the most idiotic web redesign I've ever heard of.

From what it looks like, it seems like the only way to download products is to log into your account, but that's only for products you've already purchased. The way this is set up, this may affect the ability to download products you've purchased second hand.

Digi tech support, can you explain this?

They seem to only have the TDM downloader. Maybe the TDM has the native version too.

I think that's the one he was looking for. I couldn't even find that. How did you find it?

Good luck trying to download the impulse library, if you ever get that far. I tried downloading it and the page froze with a spinning "loading" indicator.

Here's the page in case you were gonna give it a try.

Its actually on the home page under DUC and SUPPORT. Left side of screen. 3rd item down is DOWNLOADS. Then just enter what you're looking for.

But I admit it was tricky at first. Took a much longer path. I hate websites that have to be read

I downloaded a file to check it. It works
all the old sites, if a link is broken, just copy it to the address bar and put a 3 after www.
