Better navigation of inserts in the plugin window?

Is it me or is navigating through the different plugins on the same track a bit fiddly? It would be nice to have each insert in a visible tab along the top rather than having to select from a drop down menu. A bit like how Studio One does it. You could also allow selection of plugin by pressing its corresponding letter. Might need some kind of 'insert window keyboard focus' option to work. Just a thought.
