sudden strange latency on audio recordings with cubase
Hi,
for the past days my system was workin' fine until yesterday, all my recorded files are late by something like 2100 samples. I tried all possible fixes and settings. and finally had to use a record shift compensation. This is just plein weird! The only explanation is that something has messed with the core audio driver, possibly a quicktime update or something else recently installed, and that the 002 is not communicating correctly with the mac pro anymore any help is appreciated! |

Re: sudden strange latency on audio recordings with cubase
Please start with the steps in the OS X Setup and General Troubleshooting sticky at the top of this forum, specifically those areas on trashing preferences, including the 'com.digidesign.coreaudiomanager.plist' preference.

Re: sudden strange latency on audio recordings with cubase
Thanks Tech Support,
but I have already done that and there is no change. It just started yesterday out of the blue, things were on time before... any other ideas? Thanks! |
