Recallable Sends on Faders - Layouts? Custom Maps? Expand Zones?

Is there a way to map sends to faders, in a layout or custom map or expand fader zone, or any way, so that it is recallable without having to flip to it?

-on 2021.10-

(The custom button appears when looking at sends, almost as if you could custom map those send parameters, but no modules light up to be mapped to unless you choose insert parameters)

To create a basic Expand Fader Sends Map do the following:

(1) Attention any strip from a fader module and show the Home screen where you can access the function scroller. Touch the orange Sends function.

(2) Touch Custom in the bottom left corner. The faders of your nearest fader module should drop to negative infinity.

(3) Touch a virtual send from the master module touchscreen then touch a fader for the fader module just mentioned. You can do this regardless of whether the send has an active assignment vs just a send letter.

(4) Use Page Action > Add to add another page if you have more than 8 sends.

(5) Touch Done. Now if you show Sends function view on a strip and press Exp (Auto Expand Faders pref or Hold Exp if not) you should have access to the Sends on faders in the order you specified.

(I think I was just getting hung up cause I was expecting to see the same lights that come up when you custom map an insert)
