Need help-plug-in deactivating/deactivating issue

Hello,

I've done searches on this issue but haven't found any concrete resolution to the issue. I'm running Pro Tools HD 7.4.2 on Mac OS 10.5.8 on a Dual 2.0 G5 with HD Core, HD Accel, HD Process, HD Process PCI all in a Magma 7-slot P7R464 chassis.

This is happening in a big session(over 40 tracks). The song's length is over 10 minutes. I've got the latest ilok drivers and the plug-ins are varied(Digi, Waves Platinum vs 7, McDSP, Sonnox Inflator, etc..)

Just because you have voices left doesn't mean there is any room left on the chips. Have you tried checking your system usage to make sure you have any chips left to work with.
It is very possible to run out of chips before you run out of voices.
Will the same thing happen if you use a RTAS plug in.

I have an entire Process card of available chips not being used.
