Default mp3 option - confused after crash

My Windows xp computer crashed irrepairable. I got a Windows 7 Dell. I figured out how to load PT 8.0.5 (by the way autotune 5 still won't work).

I have mp3 option license on my iLok, and I have the xxxx-xxxxxxx reg. auth. code available to me. How do I get to the place where I enter that number in so I can run MP3?
