i need to create a tempo map from a live recording. I used Beat detective, highlighted my BD track and put trigger mark at the 1st beat of every bar but when i hit generate to create the tempo map it gives me this message :
" The bar beat markers could not be created, because they are either too close or too far apart from a neighboring bar beat maker to generate a tempo.." Any idea what this means..BTW, the same message appear when i use indentify beats. |

Do you have any preexisting tempo marks in the session, other than the first one at the start? If you do, try deleting them before you attempt to create a tempo map with beat detective.
