New PC - New keyboard Stopped Working

Can't even get a properties tab working. Quit working. Whole system only two days old. Any ideas?

Control Panel--Keyboard--Hardware...nothing is listed in the dedvice box. Tried disconnecting from USB port, reconnecting, rebooting PC, everything I think, any ideas??? PC still won't recognize keyboard. I don't know what the heck happened. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Do your USB's appear normally in Device Manager?
Any active lights on your keyboard.
Is this a direct wired keyboard, or a wireless setup?

Yes but I don't know which one is the motherboard USB.....have no extra keyboard...using my laptop rightr now...

Not that it's any help NOW, but this could be related with your non-working tascam 2400 controller.....

Tascam is not recognized....now your keyboard is not recognized........USB slowly dying?
