Cant Use Cash App card for recurring payments after switching cards

Hi guys, Having an issue with using my Cash App card as my pay method. I'd been using it up til recently when i lost it temporarily, and switched to another debit card, but the Cash app card was still on file with Avid as an option. I need to switch BACK to the cash app card, but i get a message saying Cash app doesnt support recurring payments even though I recently used it in this way. Any help would be grand, as I'm approaching xpiration due to the fact that the current card on file is expired.

My thoughts:
1-you say you lost the card, so was it de-activated? If so, maybe try removing the card as a payment option and then starting over.
2-instead of renewing directly thru the Avid site, renew thru a retailer like Sweetwater. They would likely have more payment options and would be more flexible on solving this kind of issue.
