Default iLok License not showing after purchase

I recently purchased a subscription to Pro Tools 2021.3 When I go to open Pro Tools, it has me sign into ILok and it says I don't have anything available. When I got to the License Manager, nothing shows up even after opening up a cloud session and being in automatic mode. My ILok IS linked on my Avid account, but the license isn't showing up.

I have opened a case and the number is: 04153716

Welcome to the community.

You have 2 iLok accounts - sign in with your email address as your iLok User ID and you'll see your licenses.

I have the exact same problem, I tried to sign in with my email adress (as jeffro adviced) but it doesn't work, I can only sign in with my user name. Did this problem got fixed?

Hi, we can't find any active subscriptions or recent orders under the Email you registered with the duc. Are you using a different Email? Please update your duc account's Email with the correct one so we can check on this further.
