Not usually,

I am assuming that there was an install for x32bit and x64 bit app?

I am a Mac guy so I am out of options/ideas

Is your 11 rack configured for the default sound playback device in the windows control panel?

Have you tired using a different USB port or cable? Are you plugged into the computer or into a hub?

I would uninstall the editor and then reinstall it.

Just un-then-reinstalled 11R Driver, Quicktime and when I try to install the editor it says that it needs to install pace software(which is already on my computer) It says it needs to reboot, I click ok, reboot and...nothing.

No probably not.....

Maybe you can try messing around with the monitor resolution? Maybe lowering it, will help, it's possible.

What video card are you running?

Wow! I changed from HDMI cable to VGA. Is that really what the problem was?

Switched back to HDMI and these popped up. Then it said Windows will run in compatability mode(which I tried many times earlier) next time I launch application and it worked! Phew!
