Default S6 support plan not showing in account

A month or two ago, after my first year of coverage expired, I purchased an MTM (master module) support plan with several extended hardware coverage options. None of them are listed in my account. There is nothing there that shows my S6 system ID either. Am I missing something?

Default Re: S6 support plan not showing in account

ps
I have, and since purchase, have had access to software and system installers, so I know Avid has my data. I'm just wondering why not in the account.
