Hello JMDNYC,
I've been in touch with our development team, and we think that there isn't a specific issue with score orientations. We are aware of an issue where a score will sometimes fail to load the first time that you open it after having downloaded it - I wonder if this is perhaps the issue you experienced. We are working to try and get this fixed as soon as possible. Best wishes, Joe
