Default Cant Closes or save session

System
MacBook Pro 2.2GHz 15.4 TFT Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB ram.
digi003 factory pro tools 7.3

I recently accidently pulled out the firewire lead from my macbook pro to my external drive during bouncing to disk. Ever since I have been unable to save or close sessions on my external drive (stuff on my system drive is working as normal)
Just getting the following message

Could not complete your request because
Assertion in "/ volumes/Development/vb-cliff
Alturaports/SDKs/Neo61/Libraries/macintosh/
Envirments/Alone/../../../source/
CNeoloblock.cpp",line164

I have tried deleting databases and volumes to no avail..

Please Help
