Default Trying to install pro tools LE on Windows XP

I'm trying to help my younger brother get into pro tools and I was giving him my old m box. I have the iLok and pro tools LE registered. It keeps popping up with "The procedure entry point _DsiSetThreadPriority@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSI.dll." Then it says "A required DLL file, DFW.dll, was not found. Please help. Thanks
