I found the installers under "LEGACY SOFTWARE." Funny.

This monumentally sucks
Went to start a support case for you but cannot find your account based on your DUC info. Please Create New Case via the Access the Support Center link in my.avid.com. Thank you.

Can anyone confirm Exponential Audio and Nugen (iLok licenced) plugins are now loading without error? I’m out on a shoot and won’t be able to check until Saturday, any assistance is appreciated!

Exponential yes. Not tried Nugen yet, apart from ISL which they updated the other day and now works.

Tried to check your product but can't find an account based on your DUC info. Please create a case and reply with the # if you want me to follow up.

As a long term Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual user, so many questions.

1. Do I now get Pro Tools Flex automatically, and pay the perpetual $399 annual fee to keep it current?

2. If I don't pay the fee after it expires this August, will I be stuck on the latest version of Pro Tools Flex?

3. Will Pro Tools Studio have Trim Automation mode and Clip FX?

4. Is this going to cost me more or less than I pay now......?

Thanks, but I can't. Avid.com seems to be down.
Also how can I start a case, when my support plan supposedly has run off??

Before the site went down an I was able to access my account I had a "Pro Tools Studio" entry in my products list. How?
There should be an active PT Ultimate support plan. Now I see an expired Pro Tools Studio subscription. Doesn't make any sense...

Edit: Now I can log back in. I have a cancelled Pro Tools Studio subscription, and two expired ones in my acount. What the heck??

And the critical Pro Tools bug PT-263943 again hasn't seen any fix. How do modern music producers actually make music with Pro Tools?

Seems quite impossible to me, or at least a big headache adventure, when midi/bpm-synced plugins and arpeggiated virtual instrument patches are not delay compensated properly.
Having your production running out of sync and running into phase issues with pumper type of plugins etc, is not quite a fun way to produce music.

I see a Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual with a plan that expired in 2016 - that correctly links to legacy installers in the download center. You also have a Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual that's current and has the correct installers, but it's in the wrong section - reported to get this fixed!

I have these questions too. Is there a good "feature chart" tick box anywhere of what is and isn't included in each version?
