Default can\'t adjust volume on click track

Hello DUC.
My volume slider on my click track always defaults back to the same
volume after I try and change it. Has anyone encountered this before?
Chances are they have, I used the search function but could not refine
my search enough to get any decent results. Thanks in advance for the
help.
Mat

Switch off the automation for that track.
