Default AVID have taken my money but not reissued my subscription license

Hi,

Basically as the title says. Avid took the payment on 25/9 and sent me an invoice on 26/9 but have still not deposited the renewed license?

How do I get the money back for the 17 days I have been unable to use pro tools that I have paid for?

1. check your email for your activation code.
2. You then go to your account and activate Pro Tools.
3. iLok account and drag to your iLok v2
Download from your account and install app plus extra installers as needed.

already done that, am on the 2nd month, as stated the money has been taken but my ilok hasn't been updated

To be clear, do you mean your iLok account hasn't been updated?

What normally happens: a license is deposited into your iLok account. You then have to transfer the license to the iLok dongle yourself.

I transferred the license on the first month no problem, the license is there on my ilok but has expired. if I try and refresh it I get a message saying it's pending and to contact the vendor.

When i noticed the license had expired and I was unable to run PT I called them and was told to submit a query via the web sales form, unless I purchased a support certificate, so I completed the form on 28th September. I still haven't had a reply so yesterday I have completed another form and opened the above ticket, to which someone from Avid called Adlop has replied stating he is liaising with the webstore team to resolve.

I notice many similar issues on this forum...my first Avid product and I can't say I'm impressed at all, very disappointing and frustrating indeed.

this was eventually resolved, and Avid have promised that a refund will be issued for the days I was unable to use Pro Tools.

Have to say I'm still not impressed with this service at all. This is Avid's issue, not mine and should have been sorted on the first initial phone call.

Im trying to find the case # that you have and ant seem to find it. Pease let me know either on here or via email so I can check the refund status and also see why this wasn't resolved the first all. Not happy it wasn't.
