Default lack of room enough

Hi all,
I am to buy a digi 002 Rack system and would like to use it (when compatible) with MacBook Pro and a 23 inch Apple Cinema display. Due to my lack of room at home I would like to know if it is possible to place the display (15 pounds weighted) on top of the digi 002R unit. Will this harm the unit? Any recommendation?
Thanks.

Weight-wise it shouldn't matter, but I don't know that it's actually big enough to do this. You should consider buying a cheap 2-space rack box to put the 002r in, which will give you more surface area to work with and protect your investement(s) a little better.
