Default Exporting Tempo Changes From Pro Tools

I have hundereds of tempo changes in a PY8 session I need to enter into a spreadsheet. Is there a way to get these tempo changes out of Pro Tools into some sort of text document so I can cut and paste them into my spreadsheet?

I can export the session as a MIDI file with the tempo map baked into that. Does anyone know of a way to get this information from a MIDI file into a text document?

Thanks!
