Dolby Surround Tool in a buss????
Hi,
Q1: i would like to know if Dolby Surround Tool may be placed on a subgroup or if i have to put in in the master fader. Q2: if i use a surround encoded bounce in a future session (in an audio track), will the bounce of this final session containing the encoded file mantain the surround encoding? thanks very much |

Re: Dolby Surround Tool in a buss????
Q1--> yes you can use the dolby plug-in on a bus and i don't see any reason why you couldn't use it on a master fader as well. however i've never used it that way.
Q2--> as long as you don't molest the encoded recording (w/ EQ, reverb, pan, etc...) then it will decode fine. lance |
